    The InsideTracker blood test offers a comprehensive check-up of your health. This test contains 41 key biomarkers that provide insight into your energy levels, athletic performance, nutritional status and overall vitality. It looks at the functioning of your major organs and the status of vitamins, minerals and hormones. Perfect if you want to improve your performance or take your health to the next level.

    This blood test consists of:

    • HbA1c (average blood sugar levels over the past few months)
    • Cholesterol: Total, HDL, LDL, Triglycerides
    • Creatine Kinase
    • Liver enzymes: ALAT, ASAT, Gamma GT
    • Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, Folic acid
    • Magnesium (RBC)
    • Calcium, Sodium, Potassium
    • Iron status: Iron, Ferritin, Total Iron binding capacity, Transferrin Saturation
    • Hormones: Testosterone, Free Testosterone, SHBG, Cortisol
    • Inflammation: Hs-CRP (sensitive inflammation marker).

    You only have to pay the pricking fee once. Receive the test kit by mail with all supplies and clear instructions.

    Purchase & Shipping

    You will receive a referral to an injection station near you, have the tubes filled and send them in the medical envelope provided.

    Within a few days you will receive the results with explanation by e-mail. For urgent medical issues, we will contact you by phone.

    Where can I get blood drawn after I receive my test kit?

    How do I receive my results?

    You receive your results in a PDF document by e-mail. In case of an extremely low or high result of a test, for which immediate medical intervention is required, you will be contacted for a personal consultation before receiving the result. Other abnormal values are indicated with an upward arrow for a high value and/or a downward arrow for a low value. A urine and/or blood test remains a snapshot; sometimes it is wise to repeat the tests, which can be improved, after a month. In case of medical complaints, you should always consult your (family) physician.

    I want to discuss my results with a doctor. Is this possible?

    Yes, you can simply visit your own doctor with the results. You can also request a consultation via our 'Extra services'. We have several internists and coaches with whom you can discuss your results and who can also help you where you have problems or complaints.
