Blood Tests from Revolutionary Healthy
I am Ruud Rotteveel and in my practice Revolutionary Healthy I treat people with thyroid problems on a daily basis. I regularly request blood tests for these patients.
In most cases, symptoms can be reduced even if your medication is already well established. Unfortunately, in most cases the diagnosis is not optimal. The blood values that are measured as standard in thyroid complaints (TSH and fT4) are insufficient to make a proper diagnosis. As a result, thyroid patients do not receive the best available care and many patients walk around unnecessarily with (residual) symptoms. It is time to change this.
Good care for thyroid patients begins with a proper diagnosis. A proper diagnosis requires looking at both symptoms and blood values. Not only the amount of thyroid hormone, but also the antibodies and the status of vitamins and minerals.
