Her latest studies are a solid training in the kPNI at the Institute PNI Europe, with a year of Orthomolecular Therapy according to the kPNI as a preliminary course. The kPNI stands for clinical Psycho-Neuro-Immunology, which is a form of functional lifestyle medicine in which both body and psyche are addressed. She also took several functional medicine courses, more specifically on Hashimoto, at the Dr. Kharrazian Institute in the USA. Both studies are based on solidly based, recent scientific knowledge about Hashimoto.
For this, Leen obtained two Bachelor degrees with distinction: one in Creative (psycho)Therapy and the other in Socio-cultural Training. Thus, I learned from the start to work individually coaching and therapeutically with people as well as giving educational trainings to groups.
She is a recognized member of the VVGC, the Flemish Association for Health Coaches. She is also a member of the community of kPNI therapists at kPNI-Belgium. Finally, Leen is part of the Fidlab network between doctors and therapists. Within these initiatives, she regularly attends continuing education, supervision and intervision.
