Telephone consultation by doctor (internist)

Should you feel the need for a consultation with a physician after receiving the report, you can order this consultation.

When ordering a consultation, you agree that we will share the results with the consultant. This so that he/she can prepare for the consultation.

Dr. Theo Erwteman studied medicine at the University of Amsterdam. He trained as an internist at Brookdale Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York, and the Wilhelmina Gasthuis in Amsterdam, respectively. He received his doctorate in 1982. In 1990, he was among the founders of the Jan van Goyen Medical Center in its new form.

Dr. Erwteman: "I will give you further explanation of the meaning of any abnormal values - or possibly the meaning of "normal" values. The explanation can take place by skype/facetime (it is always nice to have a face there). When appropriate, I may also see the client at the consultation. In all cases, I will emphasize that this is a limited interpretation of a (by its nature) limited examination.

If you order this consultation you will be called by Dr. Erwteman within a few days. Should he be unable to reach you he will leave a message when he will call again. Should you be difficult to reach there is also an option to call him.

If necessary and desired by you, he can also conduct a peer consultation with your primary care physician.

The consultation takes about 10 minutes, if you want to consult longer, you can request a double consultation, by ordering 2 consultations.
