What can I eat Allergy IgE Medium 40
The IgE Medium Food Screening is a specific blood test that provides insight into possible allergic reactions to common foods. This test is particularly suitable when a previous IgE determination has shown that you may be allergic, but it is not yet clear to which foods.
The test analyzes 40 different foods for a possible IgE-mediated reaction. This means that it looks for a direct allergic reaction that goes through the immune system. A positive result can indicate symptoms such as itching, rash, swelling, shortness of breath or other allergy-related symptoms after eating certain products, for example.
