The results of a blood test for a strength athlete should often be viewed differently than according to standard medical guidelines. Jack is an expert by experience in this (not a doctor).
Jack Berendsen is an avid bodybuilder who is heavily involved in the sport. "I often see that that there are many uncertainties about using PEDS and optimizing training and nutrition." Over the years, Jack has done many studies including N1 Education, Bayesian Bodybuilding and J3 University. He has also learned a lot through well-known coaches in the bodybuilding scene such as: Jordan Peters, Vigorous Steve, Coach Trevor, Kuba Cielen, Austin Stout, Kassem Hanson, John Jewett, Dr. Dean St. Mart and Dr. Scott Stevenson.
He would like to help individuals with bodybuilding ambitions or those who want to optimize their health or have problems with this.
A consultation is one-time and can be done in person, by phone or via skype.
Jack will answer all your questions about blood tests, nutrition and supplements and help you move forward with your own plan.
