    ANA (al. against nuclear ag.) pass test

    This particular test is not supported by Blood Values Test and makes sense to request only if requested by your practitioner.

    In case of a positive ANA screening, further testing can be done by Blot and ELISA methods. This involves examining the differentiation of antibodies against the following antigens:
    BLOT: u1-nRNP/Sm, Sm, SSA (Ro52), SSB (La), Scl-70, Pm-Scl, Jo-1, Cenp-B, PCNA, ds-DNA, nucleosomes, histones, ribosomal P-protein, AMA-M2, DFS70
    ELISA: ds-DNA, u1-RNP (RNP70, A, C), SSA/Ro, SSA/Ro (60 kDA, 52kDa), SSB/La, Sc170, CENP-B, Jo-1, Rib-P, Pm-Scl, Fibrillarin, Mi-2, RNA-PolIII, PCNA, SmD3
