The Meat and Fish Screening is an additional food allergy test advised after a positive pre-screening. This test is specifically designed for people who have a class 3, 4 or 5 reaction to egg (chicken), pork, beef or fish at pre-screening or minor food screening.
This test examines whether your immune system reacts allergically to 40 different types of meat, fish, crustaceans and mollusks. There is no overlap with the pre-screening; thus, this test examines additional foods.
