    Product Description

Grains and Nuts What can I eat?

The Grains and Nuts Screening is an additional food allergy test advised as a follow-up to the pre-screening. This test is specifically designed for people who have a class 3, 4 or 5 reaction to potato or wheat at the pre-screening. This screening examines whether you are also allergic to other grains, legumes, seeds or nuts.

This test contains no overlap with the pre-screening or nutrition screening small and thus examines additional foods.

The following 40 foods are tested:

    • Amaranth
    • Buckwheat
    • Cashew nut
    • Cedar Nut
    • Chia seed
    • Durum wheat
    • Unicorn
    • Barley
    • Millet
    • Gliadin
    • Goji berry
    • Hemp
    • Chestnut mushroom
    • Khorasant wheat
    • Kidney bean
    • Chickpea
    • Rapeseed
    • Flaxseed
    • Linze
    • Poppy seed
    • Macadamia nut

    • Brazil nut
    • Pecan
    • Pine nut
    • Pistachio nut
    • Pumpkin Seed
    • Quinoa
    • Rice (cooked)

    • Spelt (unripe)
    • Green bean
    • Sweet chestnut
    • Tapioca
    • Tofu
    • Walnut
    • White bean
    • Wild rice
    • Sunflower Seed

The test helps to determine exactly whether your symptoms are caused by a hypersensitivity to specific grains, nuts, legumes or seeds. This allows for targeted adjustments to your diet.

This test is a complementary health check. The results are not always recognized by general practitioners or regular health care providers. For interpretation of the results or guidance on dietary adjustments, contact the specialized therapists at Blood Value Test.
