Fruit and Vegetables What can I eat?
The Fruit and Vegetable Screening is a comprehensive allergy test that examines whether your immune system exhibits an IgE-mediated allergic reaction to 88 different fruits, vegetables, mushrooms and legumes.
This test is advised as an additional test after a positive pre-screening, specifically for class 3, 4 or 5 reactions to apple, kiwi or potato. There is no overlap with pre-screening; thus, this test examines additional foods.
