Drug screening only urine private without THC
Drug screening (immunological) (GC-MS qualitative) urine
The following substances are tested in this urinalysis for drugs:
- Amphetamines
- Cocaine
- Methadone
- Methadone metabolite
- Opiates/heroin
- 6 monoacetylmorphine
- Benzodiapines
- GHB
- Creatinine
Please note that THC-COOH is not tested in this urinalysis. A blood test is required for this.
In the case of a positive screening (immunology), a confirmation test (chromatograph mass spectrometer) is performed as standard for the substance in question. The cost of this is 97 euros each. If you order this test you give your approval in advance. You will not receive the result until the payment for the confirmatory test has been made.
During urine screening, the creatinine value is determined by default in order to test the reliability of the sample.
Strangely, there are no accepted reference values for creatinine in urine. Recently, the Dutch expert group on drug analysis (consisting of L.J. Mostert, R.J.M. Niesink, E.J.M. Pennings, D.R.A. Uges, J.P. Weijers-Everhard, F.A. de Wolff, R.A. de Zeeuw, P.G.M. Zweipfenning and A.C.G. Egberts), has also considered the question of what the cut-off value for creatinine in urine in drug screening should be. After reviewing all available data, they decided to recommend accepting 2 mmol/l as the minimum value. With a value lower than 2 mmol/l and a negative result for drugs, it should be reported that the sample in question has no informative value for the drug study in question. With a positive result, it can of course be used as usual.
It is important to collect morning urine.
