31 foods What can I eat?
The Food Screening Pre-combi test is a comprehensive blood analysis that efficiently provides a first impression of possible food hypersensitivities and allergies. This test is suitable as a starting point for chronic complaints such as intestinal problems, skin rashes, fatigue or headaches, in which nutrition could play a role.
In this combined test, a total of 31 foods are examined for specific immune responses (IgG, IgG4 and IgE). The test consists of two phases: first, a pre-screening is performed, followed by a targeted food screening. Here, optimal use is made of the expertise of the RP Analytic laboratory.
Among other things, this test examines for:
- 7 most common allergens (IgG & IgG4): pineapple, milk, wheat, salmon, chicken protein, peanut, tomato
- Total IgE: to rule out or confirm any food allergies
- Based on the pre-screening: 24 foods via IgG4 or IgG total
The foods that may be examined in the second phase include: almond, gluten, cucumber, rye, apple, oats, garlic, beef, celery, hazelnut, bell bell pepper, plaice, casein, cod, peach, soybean, pea, curry powder, pumpkin, spelt, mixed pepper, kiwi, rice and pig.
Based on the test results, it is possible to do additional testing within different categories such as dairy, grains and nuts, meat and fish or fruits and vegetables.
Please note that this test falls under complementary care and is not recognized within mainstream health care. For proper interpretation of the results, we recommend contacting a specialized therapist through Blood Value Test.
