How does it work?

Make your choice

Choose your test. Select by symptom or by test; you can combine any tests. Usually, up to 10 tests can be performed from a single tube. You can choose your own test; a referral from your primary care physician is not required. You can also request a quote.

Receive

Receive your customized test kit by mail to your home address. The tubes have a barcode linked to your research. The tubes are specially prepared with liquid for shipment. Check your information.

Decrease

If you need an intravenous blood test, take your referral letter and test kit to one of our selected blood collection centers. Please note that this is not available at every collection site—only at the blood collection centers we partner with.

We have a network of more than 1,000 blood draw locations throughout the Netherlands and can help you find the one closest to you. The blood is drawn by professionals. Make sure to fill all the tubes in your test kit.

Send on

In the Netherlands, medical mail is very well organized by PostNL. The included prepaid packaging designates it as medical mail. Simply mail the sample collection kit with the lab form as a regular letter—do not send it by certified mail or with a track-and-trace code.

Send your sample through the mailbox or drop it off at a PostNL service point. Always check the PostNL location finder for the current pickup times.

Results

You’ll receive your results by email within a few days to a maximum of 10 business days. No one else will receive these results unless you give written permission. For results that require immediate medical follow-up, we’ll call you first.
