Repeat Inflammation InsideTracker test
Chronic inflammation accelerates aging and getting diseases. It contributes to a weaker heart, muscle loss and weight gain. Therefore, always monitor your inflammation levels.
In your previous InsideTracker result, were your inflammation levels somewhat elevated? Re-check the current status with this particular test! Inflammation can be a silent culprit behind fatigue, pain, and increased risk of chronic conditions. This blood test will give you insight into important biomarkers that influence inflammation and your immune system.
What is being tested?
- hsCRP (High-Sensitivity C-Reactive Protein) - Measures low-grade inflammation that contributes to cardiovascular disease, autoimmune disorders and chronic fatigue.
- Large blood count + RDW, including:
- Neutrophils - Important white blood cells that play a role in acute inflammatory reactions and infection control.
- Basophils - May be elevated in allergies and chronic inflammatory processes.
- Eosinophils - Play a role in allergic reactions and parasitic infections and may be elevated in certain inflammatory processes.
- Lymphocytes - Essential for defense against viruses and other pathogens; abnormal values may indicate an immune imbalance.
- Monocytes - Important in prolonged inflammatory processes and clearing damaged cells.
- Vitamin D - Supports the immune system and helps control inflammation; a deficiency may increase the risk of chronic inflammation.
- Ferritin - Storage form of iron; elevated levels may indicate inflammation, while low levels may indicate anemia.
Do you have the InsideTracker dashboard? Then you can also upload your lab results into the dashboard to monitor your progress.
