What is the Health APK?
The Health APK consists of four parts:
- A physical medical examination
Performed by a BIG-registered doctor
- ECG heartbeat
- Blood pressure measurement
- Weight, height, BMI
- Oxygen saturation
- Vision measurement Extensive venous blood test
During the same appointment, blood is drawn for a broad health profile. Analysis is performed by a certified laboratory.

The blood test consists of the following parameters:
- Blood count: Hemoglobin, Erythrocytes, Leucocytes, Thrombocytes, Hematocrit, MCV, MCH, MCHC and RDW-CV (new per 01-01-24)
- Cholesterol: Total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, HDL/LDL risk index and triglycerides.
- Liver values: ALAT and Gamma GT
- Kidney function: Creatinine and eGFR calculation
- Blood sugar: HbA1c
- Thyroid: TSH
- Inflammation: Hs-CRP
- Vitamins: Vitamin D3 and Vitamin B12
- Hydration: Sodium
